The important first step is to reach out. This may feel challenging and many clients have spoken about the difficulty they have felt in making that initial contact. However, talking through your problems will be your important step towards change.

The therapeutic relationship is fundamental to your progress, from the beginning we will look at what you hope to achieve, whether you have any questions or fears about how we will work together. We will review this again during our work and if at any point we feel I'm not able to support your needs I can recommend an alternative practitioner.
I'm an integrative counsellor which means that I am trained to use a number of different theories and techniques dependent on your need.

I work collaboratively with you and will offer you the space to talk through your concerns. I use assessments to monitor your progress and to guide our work.
