Counselling Psychotherapist and Clinical Supervisor
About Me
Before I started my career in counselling I worked in Business Management roles and learned first hand the impact that work related stress can cause and the effect that can have on your work life balance. Following the death of my mum I felt overwhelmed as my whole world changed, this led me to seek counselling. Untangling my thoughts and feelings helped me and led me on the path of training to be a counsellor to support others with their struggles.

I have worked within healthcare, corporate and school settings, working with adults and young people over the age of 11 years. As a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), I work to professional standards and value the importance of building an ethical relationship.
